About Property offers a wide range of services for properties, including the issuing of the Electronic Building Identity in which it has considerable expertise. The E.T.C. is an electronic file containing all the documents and information, such as the building permit, the energy efficiency certificate, the floor plans, the millimetre table, declarations of inclusion in the law of arbitrary buildings and the corresponding plans, the CAC, etc. In short, it has all the technical information and documents for the property.
The following information is attached to the electronic building ID:
  • The executives of the Building permits , Building Permits and other acts of execution of building works, with their revisions and updates, as well as the corresponding plans (such as floor plans, topographical diagram , cross-sections, coverage diagram).
  • The energy performance certificate of the building or parts thereof.
  • The millimetre table, if the E.T.C. relates to detached divided property or common areas.
  • Declarations of inclusion in laws suspending the imposition of penalties on arbitrary, if available, and the corresponding drawings, as well as the Unauthorised Building Structural Vulnerability Certificate, the technical report of the structural inspection and/or the structural adequacy study.
  • The accessibility study for disabled and handicapped persons, if required.
  • The construction inspection certificate, if issued.
  • The cost allocation study of the building, if available.
